  • Non-Delivery of Digital Goods: If you have not received your purchased CS2 skins within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and our records confirm non-delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Incorrect Item Delivery: If you receive an item that is substantially different from what was described on our website (e.g., different skin, different wear condition, different pattern), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevent the proper delivery or usage of your purchased item, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Double Charging: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase, you will be refunded for the duplicate charges.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After Successful Delivery: Once a digital item has been successfully delivered to your Steam account, it is generally non-refundable unless it meets one of the specific eligibility criteria listed above.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind about a purchase or no longer want the item.
  • External Market Value Changes: Refunds will not be provided if the market value of a skin changes after your purchase.
  • Unauthorized Purchases: For security reasons, if you claim that a purchase was made without your authorization, we may require you to file a formal dispute through your payment provider rather than processing a direct refund.
  • Violation of Terms: If you have violated our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.

4. Refund Request Timeframe

To be considered for a refund, you must submit your request within the following timeframes:

  • Non-Delivery Claims: Within 72 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Incorrect Item Claims: Within 24 hours of receiving the item in your Steam inventory.
  • Technical Issues: Within 48 hours of encountering the issue.
  • Double Charging: Within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refund requests submitted after these timeframes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be accepted.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@csgaminghub.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting documentation or evidence (screenshots, etc.)
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, though some banks may take longer.
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times vary depending on the payment provider. We will inform you of the expected timeframe when your refund is approved.

7. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will generally be issued for the full purchase amount of the item(s) in question. However, please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method as the original purchase when possible.
  • Any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment processor are typically not refundable by us.
  • In cases where only part of an order is being refunded, we will refund the appropriate portion of the purchase price.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Pre-Orders and Upcoming Releases

For pre-orders or upcoming skin releases, you may request a full refund at any time before the item is delivered to your account. Once the item has been delivered, our standard refund policy applies.

8.2 Promotional Items and Discounts

Items purchased as part of a promotion or with a discount code may be subject to different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

8.3 Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, any pending refunds may be forfeited.

9. Returns of Digital Goods

Since CS2 skins are digital items that are delivered directly to your Steam account, physical returns are not possible. In cases where a refund is approved for a delivered item, we may require the item to be transferred back to our inventory before issuing the refund.

Please note that once an item has been used, modified, or transferred to another user, it may no longer be eligible for a refund.

10. Right to Modify
